I like to fill my feed with motivated friends! Feel free to add me. :)

I've tried to do my running and workout at night. Tooo much energy! 5:30 am workouts are hard at first but once you slowly ease into a routine, it's worth it. Up, get it done, move on with your day!

Welcome! I've logged in for over 600 days but just ventured into the community part last week. Feel free to add! :)

Thank you, AnnPT77. Good info! I've lost 40+ pounds. 12 in Jan, Feb. Not petite. My first goal is 6 pounds away. Definitely do not want to hit a wall.

Hmm.. Thanks! I'm not taking anything new but since losing weight, maybe I should check with my doctor. Something might need to be adjusted.

Oh... This is my first post. Boo! lol

I'm a morning person. Typically up at 5:15, workout at 5:30. I workout in my garage so not far to go. I usually do a little walking after dinner too. I tried working out at night but had way too much energy. Like, scrub the kitchen floor with a toothbrush, energy! LOL

That's awesome. Keep up the good work!

Yep, routine keeps me on track. Logging in even when I don't always stay within my calorie range. Accountability! I typically make a weekly menu so there's no room for slipping up. Weekends are harder since routine is off. This may sound crazy but if I'm planning to eat out, I look up the menu and plan what I'll order. I'm…

MountainHiker48 - I had the HR before the Surge. Never had any issues. Several of my friends have had issues. Bands falling apart, device stopped working. Fitbit is a great product but it seems to be hit or miss!

I have a Fitbit Surge. Love it!! Only negative, not water resistant.

Welcome! I started eating clean, low carb, Paleo in Jan. Loving the results so far. Feel free to add me.
-
Hi, Kristine! It sounds like you're on the right track! Buying a fitbit really changed things up for me. Accountability is key!
