When I make a green smoothie I use coconut water, greens what ever you want, pineapple or banana for the sweetness then some other fruit that I like. Oh and I do add greek yogurt too.

My breakfast this morning, strawberries, cucumber, and two poached eggs with sea salt, black pepper and sriracha.

I was never into plain salmon. My dad when I was little used to wrap Salmon up in foil with brown sugar, dill, maple syrup, and lemon and grill is. Which probably isn't has healthy but it is delicious. Just trying to get something tasty but healthy.

This sounds really good. I have no Indian grocery stores by me but we have this Nino Salvaggios, which is an international grocery store that carries everything possible. It is bit of a drive for me but I am by it every weekend almost. Thanks!

I am right with ya on this. I have more than 200lbs to lose but I would love to just accomplish 100lbs now then work on another.

No I am not in the U.P., just with this past winter last year and that wind chill it has been pretty cold. Today is 5 but real feel is -12.

I live in Michigan and it is -12 today. And I know it will get worse with wind chill later in the season here. Last year it reached to -45. Thank you for the link too.

Thanks ladies. I am going to have to start bundling up for this below zero weather and get outside to walk. I might look into gyms if I can find on close enough and hours that work for me.

I feel the same way. I would love to do a hard work out but with my size it almost feels impossible. But in the pool it is a lot easier.

Thank you, I am planning on walking and biking once the weather gets better here. But I will check out my local high school since I heard they have classes and open swims.
