My husband used to coach different high school sports and play football. I played tennis but none of my coaches used my hubby's style.

So...a storm, the Cinco de Mayo dinner my husband made and me just being exhausted kept me from running yesterday. I did make up for it today by running/walking 3.35 miles tonight. I am going to knock out Stretch 40 in hopes that will help with my tight muscles.

Well welcome back! Glad you were able to find a local workout buddy. I have been using the group to keep me motivated because working out with my husband can be challenging (he can be a tad bit too hardcore :#)

Congrats on getting into that workout top! I am going to get my run into today and even made sure to pack my running clothes. My husband said that there is a nice running trail along the river so I will give it a try.

Pause...there is a warning? Clearly we like living on the edge lol >:). Most of the house is unpacked and I was able to get in a much needed Fire 55EZ workout. It felt good to get that sweat on and burn off the Teacher Appreciation breakfast from IHOP out principal surprised us with today.

Hi Teach! You can also do the low impact modifications when needed. My knee and ankle were bothering me a few weeks ago so I wouldn't life that leg as high and followed Ally.

Totally confused noting all of this moving and unpacking as my workout! Hopefully I will be able to get my Fire workouts in this week. I could really use the stress relief"from punching and kicking!

So I skipped the Turbo Fire workout yesterday. I figure moving boxes for 4 hours counts. The movers never showed up so I took out my frustration by loading my SUV and driving as much stuff over.

My summer goes by so quickly and I need that down time. My school announced that instead of 2 weeks of preservice that we would have 3 weeks. Summer school has been shortened to 3 weeks to give those teachers some time off. I basically have about a month of summer to myself.

I don't think I have ever eaten at Denny's. We live closer to IHOP and we go to the local pancake house. When I do eat at McDonalds, I get the Happy Meal. Summer is rough for me to follow a strict routine. My husband and I are both in the educational field with summers "off". We use that time for visiting family in the Midwest and GA and attending trainings. I would love to get back to playing tennis.

Just knocked out Fire 30 and swapped out Upper 20 for a 20 minute walk/jog. Way to go Coach on finishing up your week! Happy Birthday Be Light! (It is today right?) B)

I have Insanity and Asylum. I was able to handle Asylum better than Insanity. Insanity was so hard for me that I quit after about a week.

Way too go! It was my Turbo Fire rest day but not a rest day from my walking/running. I took my 6 year old with me and he rode his scooter. We knocked out 1.64 miles and he found $1 :)

Thanks Coach! I struggled my way through Fire 45EZ tonight. Those weighted gloves look cute and innocent but they are not. I followed it up with Lower 20 which wasn't so bad.

Started off week 15 by completing Fire 60 while wearing weighted gloves (newest gift from hubby). I think I lost two pounds of sweat. Then finished off with Abs 10. See you in the front row!

I knocked out Fire 55 yesterday and Abs 10. This time I wore wrist weights and I am feeling the difference. Then we took the kids to a carnival. Just finished up Fire 45EZ and Stretch 10 with help from sons. They decided to join me for the "easier" sections of class tonight lol. Tomorrow is my rest day from Turbo Fire.

Completed Upper 20 and went for a run/walk/jog with my husband. We live in the middle of our block which is on a slight hill. We walked down then sprinted up the hill (okay he sprinted and I ran as fast as I could while begging for oxygen :s ). We did 5 run ups and 5 jog/walk downs.

Skipped my workout last night to finish up my grades but I did complete Upper 20 this morning. I had to use 3 different resistance bands to get it done. My heavy band will not stretch above my shoulders. I have Fire 55 and Abs 10 tonight.

Yay! Hubby was finally able to find a pair of workout shoes for me. The pair he bought for my birthday were too small. Let's see if this helps my knee and ankle.

My husband bought the bands a couple of years ago when we were doing Asylum. I snapped the lower tension and medium tension bands last night. I may need to look into ankle weights and weighted gloves.

Fire 75 has been completed. My kids started the Fire 60 breakdown video and I didn't notice until after the warm-up. So I switched the file and redid the warm-up.
