I’m a smoothie queen! I love ice cream at the end of the day, and have switched to making smoothies for dessert. I finish my smoothie w a cup of herbal tea (either a detox blend or peppermint). This works really well for me, and if you like herbal teas I’d suggest to give it a try! It also stops me from craving more…

I'm gluten free on a tight budget- I love cooking with potatoes (sweet and white) and occasionally rice. I work from home tho so I can easily just pop a potato in the oven to add to my meal later- but it makes it hard to prepare for on the go stuff. I was never a huge sandwich fan, except for my pb&j

I am the same- I like to cook lots of stir-fry veg at dinner w a low cal protein, like fish- and I'll have a small sweet potato as my carb. Keeps the calories low and leaves enough for a small low cal dessert - which I can't go without

Do u live near a park? I have recently moved to an area w trails in the woods. A morning walk or run helps me tremendously with depression!! Sometimes I have to make myself but once I'm out of the house I feel so much better. Then my body is happy when I get back so I am motivated to feed it something healthy and yummy!

Hi! I'm also aiming to be in the 1200/1300 range! I don't log my evening meals much as I have them w my husband or with friends and I tend to forget- but I'm a pretty healthy eater - plus a little chocolate a day to keep the cravings away- so I know my evening meals arnt too bad. ;)
