Strava is the best app for walking/running & cycling. Calorie burn is much better than map my fitness. MMF says you have burned way more than you actually have.

Ride a bike to work, smaller main meal plates help.

I tried Strava today seems much better. 36.6km ride home from work 1 hour 15mins Says I burned 1100 calories. MMF said almost 2000 I've now deleted that app it's crap. I'm 185 cm tall 100kg Road bike, mostly flat, novice rider. Seem rightish calorie wise?
