  • @deepwoodslady There are apps such as Happy Scale that will give you a trend weight and even out the daily fluctuations in weight. I find it helps me to see the wider picture.

  • @Bex953172 sending you a big hug. My mum died of cancer during lockdown. I moved into her house to care for her and I remember how helpless I felt. It was a horrible to watch her suffering and to be able to do so little other than be there (which was important for her and my dad).
