I have just made this bread. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I have searched and tried numerous low carb bread recipes, and, if they turned out at all they were usually like rubber!! This bread is LOVELY, soft, springy and really tasty. THANK YOU again. Slimngo1
