  • I know it is hard, I've been there. You really don't have to just focus on fresh vegetables. You can try frozen veggies and fruits. They are just as good, kept all the vitamins and is a lot cheaper. As for the workout...try dvd's or (I don't know if they are on tv where you live) workout shows on tv. You will make it! good…
