  • Keep with it. Gradual loss is better. Took me a year to shed 45 pounds, but MFP has helped me keep it off over holidays and cruise vacations. Be patient, exercise regularly, and the fat lady will definitely sing goodbye.

  • I make sure any "treats" fit within my calorie goal and don't indulge often, but one of my favorites is a glass of good wine with dinner.
  • Working for me, but You really have to try to log your food and exercise religiously.
  • Would love to join this group. I'm 65, lost 40 pounds over the past year. Got shut down for awhile with breast cancer and radiation, but I'm back and hoping to stay healthy as I continue toward my goal.
