1200 calories w focus on protein.

I completed 6 weeks of alpha (did 5th week twice), and now on 3rd week of beta. Endurance is much better! Very little modifying now. I haven't weighed in 6 weeks. I'm trying to make workouts part of my routine.

I would love feedback once you get started on gamma. Beta will take me through to a mini vacation and I'll be ready to start something when I get back. How are your results w beta?

I repeated the last week of alpha, so today is my first day of beta. Wow! What a noticeable difference. I struggled with diet this weekend, but feel back on track. How are you all feeling after completing week 1 beta?

I've tried measuring before, but I don't feel like I am accurate. My clothes don't seem any different yet. What I do notice is my ability to keep up with exercises better. I don't expect a lot of loss per week, but the gain was a blow. Especially when I have been 100% committed. It was a bad day for sure, but I haven't…

I'm better today, but thank you. I haven't given up. I feel better, and workouts are more comfortable.

I gained .4 this week. I'm heartbroken. I haven't missed a day of diet or exercise. I'm doing better at keeping up with workouts, but it sure was hard to do tbc with no loss this week.

Finished cardio last night. Best one yet, but not yet "nailed it." Concerned I won't be ready for beta in 2 weeks.

No. I don't feel I've been very accurate measuring in the past. I will weigh once a week and cont to monitor diet. I am looking forward to losing inches though, so I will be able to do some of the moves better.

I'm still very sore from workouts. When will I stop hurting so bad? Hubby says to take a day off, but I'm still trying to establish a routine. Any suggestions?

I have to do t25 everyday. If I take a day off then I set myself up to take too many days off. I have abs today. I like stretch on Sundays. I'm going to try to get outside today (finally warm enough here to go out), and take dog for a walk for extra cardio.

I lost 6 lbs...I have a long way to go, but happy w the loss. Looking forward to losing inches so I can complete the moves accurately.

I very much wish I could work out in the morning, but I have learned I won't stick with it. I have to do it immediately when I get home from work in the evening. I change from work clothes to workout clothes.
