Oh but I am expected to host Thanksgiving in 10 days. Yikes! 15 people for dinner. This will be an adventure in dining. :# OMG! I am down half a pound. Surprised and pleased me! Good for you!!! :)

You won't be expected to host holiday dinners anymore! Enjoy your new space and the more relaxed lifestyle that goes with it. Up 0.3 this week. I'm truly lucky that's all it was.

OMG, Cat! I can see that happening. We actually have 2 kitchens in our house, so I have a skewed perspective of what a normal amount of kitchen stuff looks like. Good luck with paring down again.

You’ll get there, Cat!

Likely fluid. It will likely be gone next week. Slow and steady..... Goals for this week - 0.5 pound, continue the 20 minutes of relaxation, and drink water?

Down 0.1. :D

Disgusting. How do people live like that? You are getting quite the workout. Hope you got that extra hour of sleep last night.

We had 0 trick-or-treaters last year, so we did not buy candy this year.
-
Ugh. Really bad day eating=wise. I'll do better tomorrow.
-
Yay, Cat! I'm in for the 20 minutes of peace.

Down 1.3.

Sounds delicious. Calories are easy to figure out in MFP. Select the food tab. Selelct Recipe. Select Enter recipe manually. Enter the name of your recipe, number of servings it makes, and then list the ingredients and amounts one by one. When you're finished, select match ingredients. If everything looks right, save the…

Just put it behind you and move forward!

I can't believe the baby is already 1! Good luck with the babysitting.

Cat, I hope your sinuses are getting better. I had another day of staying within calorie limits. I hope this becomes a trend!
-
Remember that we are only trying to lose 0.5 pound per week. Our calorie counts can be higher than when we were shooting for 2 pounds. :D We should be able to maintain a deficit of 250 calories per day.

Yesterday was a good day! We can do this Cat. We just have to get back into the groove that we were in two years ago!
-
Up 1 pound. :'( Going to try again for a half.

Most but not all of our daughters' stuff is out of our house. Older daughter has a city condo and is space limited, so we have a trunk and 2 dollhouses of hers still here. I'm eating badly again too. I don't know why. I was thinking yesterday that I wish Gerri would come back and ship us into shape. :D

I think that what you are doing definitely counts as exercise. I remember how heavy boxes of books are from when we moved 14 years ago. Keep up the good work!

I had lunch with an old friend at a restaurant that we visit about every other year. They have chocolate covered eclairs that are out of this world. I had half of a veggie burger, half of my cole slaw, and 1/3 of the eclair. Not a great day, but there was no way I was passing up the eclair. :D
-
A good part of that is probably water do to the high salt content in restaurant food. Another half-pound goal?

Down 0.3.

I do love thrift stores and antique shops. I collected depression glass and Stangl pottery, but I don't need any more pieces now. I still love browsing though. Today was a decent day. Hope all goes well for tomorrow's weigh-in.

I know that I can log several miles without ever leaving the house, so I bet your counts are pretty accurate. 30 calories over. I'm happy with that. :) Hopefully I'll get a good night's sleep and will be able to do more exercise tomorrow. Daughter and I went to an estate sale a few weeks ago. It blew me away. I came away…

Daughter texted us at 10pm telling us to go outside to see the lights. We were already asleep, so we missed it. :D Hope you feel better soon. <3

We had company for dinner last night, and by the time I finished cleaning up I was too tired to post. It was a less than stellar day. Back at it today!

I love fig newtons. Haven't had them in ages. Exercise went well. Over on calories. :#

What you are doing is activity and is certainly better than sitting. Today was better exercise-wise, but eating was tougher. I caught myself eating mindlessly out of the pantry. :/
