Hi Cat. I'm glad you will be spared the worst of the heat. We are expecting temps around 100. I do not do well at all in hot weather. Summer has become my least favorite season in spite of the long days. I'll be hanging out in the basement which runs cooler than the rest of the house.

Yep. You've got to like it or else it feels like torture. We are so far behind here. I finally planted veggies in the garden yesterday. I was so dirty and tired at the end of it, that I had to miss my yoga class. I love walking and yoga - strength train not so much. Did you enjoy the chair yoga?
