  • Exercise? Yes! This may sounds crazy. I took a 5 mile walk this morning, but after dinner, I wanted to go for another walk, so I did 2 more miles. Calories? Yes. I've set a 1600 calorie limit, and am trying to do IF. Tracked? Yes.

  • Great day! It started with 35 minutes of yoga followed by a 4-mile walk. I stayed within my calorie limit and logged everything.

  • What kind of building do you work in? I'm working from home now, but at work, we have a group that walks the halls. When my fit bit tells me I've been sitting too long, I climb a few flights of stairs. I don't know if any of that is helpful for you.
  • Yes to all 3. Why are some days so easy to stay on track while other days are so hard? After almost 62 years on this earth, I would have thought that I'd have this figured out by now. :|

  • Love my cat, but I just can't get her to walk with me; so I did my 80 minute walk alone. I met a fox, a turtle, and several dogs along the way. I stayed within my calorie budget, and I logged everything.
