Yes to all 3. Kitchen closed. Teeth brushed. Time for bed. I limit calories to 1600 because I know if I restrict further, I will not succeed. Since I am trying to lose weight, I don't eat back my exercise calories.

I agree. A high protein breakfast is my best bet. I seem to have better control over my eating if I start with protein. I have been doing a smoothie with berries, protein powder, and soy milk paired with an egg or an apple with peanut butter. I'm vegetarian, so adding meat to breakfast is not an option. No, I fell short on the exercise which is usually not a problem for me, but the heat, humidity, and life stress just knocked me out . Tomorrow will be better.
