26 here, deficit for another 7KG and then slowly bulking to increase my muscle mass! On here every day for logging and learning :)

Agree with the above. Do some HIIT cardio training and slowly add weighttraining at a later stage for more muscles and thus an increased BMR which should help your weight loss. Good luck!

Hey all, New user here planning to track daily, main goals are loss (~22 pounds) followed by proper muscle gaining with clean eating. I'm Dutch by the way :)
