Forgot to weigh myself yesterday! I'm back up to 229 😢 have some health issues going on at the moment that aren't helping lol

No weight change but feeling pretty good, my clothes feel a little bit looser and I finally get to wear a new bra that hadn't fit me when I bought it 😁
