CW: 217.8 woo! I'm feeling pretty good, I think I'm falling into a pretty good rhythm and eating pattern! I have definitely noticed that I am better at gauging how much food I should be eating and noticing that I can't eat as much as I had been.

Happy to report that I'm at 222.6 :-) I tried stand-up paddle boarding last weekend and it was a ton of fun! I hope to do it more through the summer
