  • My absolute favorite "green" smoothie: First blend together... 4 cups Kale 1 cup Almond Milk Add... 1 frozen banana 1 tbsp creamy Almond Butter dash of cinnamon little squirt of raw local honey 1 tsp of black chia seeds I have also added 1/2 of an avocado when I am using it as a total meal replacement.
