  • I have run a half marathon and several 10K, 15K on keto, moderate distance, but still. Once fat adapted you will be just fine without eating during the run, only pearl of wisdom: salt tablets
  • I have substituted bread with grilled eggplant and tomato paste instead of ketchup with excellent results.
  • BPC in the morning and 2 meals. Also nuts or dark chocolate and a second coffee in the afternoon.
  • I used chia seeds as a thickener for sugar free mixed berry jam. It came out perfect. Now I can add fruit jam to my cream cheese pancakes
  • I drink a big serving of coffee with coconut oil, HWC and a little stevia every workday morning. It takes a minute to blend. I sip a little at home and take the rest with me in a travel mug.
