I purchased it about a month ago too- in the past i have done T25 and 22 minute hard crops. I started with the 3 week yoga retreat and just started on Monday Beachbody Yoga Studio- I really enjoy the yoga not only for my body but my mind as well :)

Hi all, last week was a bad week for me. I got only 3 workouts it so I decided to re-do week 4 of Beta. Of course my Rip't Circuit was messed up so I did the gamma one, it was awesome! Hoping to get back into the groove of it all this week!

Hey all! So I am almost done with Beta and I am thinking of starting Insanity Max 30- I love my Shaun T! Has anyone tried it? I heard its pretty hardcore.

I like Beta much more than Alpha- I feel like the 25 minutes goes much faster!

Lat night was week 2 Day 1 Beta- did Dynamic Core- I think I like that one, some of the Ab stuff is kinda crazy but I def. feel it.

Did Rip't Circuit last night too @RachelRiley87- I used 3lb weights hoping in a week or two I can move up to 5lbs. I liked the workout for the most part- I really don't like anything to do with planks though haha

I am on a T25 hiatus :/ .. I went and had my shoulder looked at and may have torn my rotator cuff.. hoping it is just a bad strain! has anyone done the T25 stretch dvd? I am wondering if it is helpful, I do a lot of stretching on my own but I am thinking maybe it will be worth a try?

So happy to see all the new posts! It's great to have motivation to get fit. I had to miss T25 last night because I did something to my shoulder and didn't want to make it worse. I was able to get the elliptical in though. Saturday marks 2 weeks for me, wondering if I should do my measurements again or wait.

@motivatedsister congrats on finishing alpha! I used to drink a lot of soda, I love my Pepsi with ice, because I knew I needed to cut back I stopped buying it. Very rarely do I ever have any in the house. It was hard at 1st but you get used to it. Now on the the rare occasion I eat out I will order a soda as a treat haha…

Officially finished week 1 of T25. I didn't do a workout yesterday because I was spring cleaning my backyard all day yesterday... that in itself was a workout haha. Tomorrow starts week 2! Good luck to everyone on a new week of fitness tomorrow!

Last night I didn't do.double workout, I only did one so I will do the 2nd one today. I caved and weighed myself this morning. I am down 1.5lbs which isn't much but I'm happy! Waiting until next weekend to do my measurements since I just took them for the 1st time on Thursday.

@Hallie82 have you tried to modify some of your favorite recipes? For instance last night one of my favorite recipes calls for white rice but I used brown instead.. not much of a change but it was something! I also use pinterest like crazy for healthy food ideas. Good luck!

@RachelRiley87 I am small chested too so I don't have much to spare haha The UP band is a fitness tracker, it's along the lines of a Fitbit but not as expensive, it counts your steps for the day and tracks your sleep. I took your advice and did my measurements last night! On the T25 schedule sheet it has a spot to take…
