So, instead of eating cereal with bananas, blueberries, and skim milk for dinner, I should have eaten pizza. And because I didn't eat the pizza, and because I'm full off the 1113 calories I ate today, I have an eating disorder. K

I'm 5'3 and weigh about 150. Eat a little over 1000 calories a day. Please stop antagonizing me I'm just trying to loose weight and wanted support.

Was looking for support to stay on track with my goals....enjoyed the entertainment from everyone saying pizza is good for you and white bread is awesome for your body. I'm not going to gain weight back because I'm not doing a diet. I'm doing a life style change. Yeah cheat days are fine every now and then, but there's no way I could be proud of myself if I ate whatever I wanted when I wanted. Maybe that's your goal, but that's not mine

You do not need brownies and sweets...your body can get GOOD sugars from fruits. And if you think that white bread, which is made in a factory from the same stuff they make glue from, isn't bad for you, you should probably talk to a half-way knowledgable person.
