  • I was sleeved in April of 2016. I can’t drink soda. It physically hurts me. Also beer, it depends on the beer if I can drink it or not. Heavy whipping cream and I do not get along. That’s about it for me. I used to not be able to eat thick crust pizza but I can tolerate it now, not that I should be eating that.
  • I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery in April of 2016. I lost 80 pounds. I maintained for 2 years. 6 months ago, I started slowly gaining. As of Jan 1, I was up 25 pounds from my lowest weight. I’m back on MFP to track and drop what I gained. Sleeve surgery absolutely changed my life. I would do it again. Just know, it’s not a fix…
