How is everyone's progress?

I just finished week three. I have lost 4 1/2 lbs but down one pant size so far. I LOVE eating this way and have so much energy. I will do two months of it and if no drastic change for the cost I will stop.

Thanks. I have been snacking with the foods but thought I needed to finish to book to start it all or at least get to the day it says start. I would Like to start on Monday. I will be out of town next Friday night thru Sunday night. So worried about that
