I've lost 47 lbs and I've got another 13-15 to go. All this by doing HIIT and cutting down carbs and limiting dairy consumption. I eat mostly fruits, veggies, lean meats, some whole grains and nuts.

Also new here. Someone once told me that one way to stay motivated is to be thankful for the fact that you have the ability physically to make changes to be more fit and in shape. That there are those with disabilities that hinder the chance or ability to be active and fit. So, if you can, you should.
