Hi, I'm brand new here, in the forums. Sleeved Feb 1st. On stage 2 diet. I haven't used any thing other than the tracker here on MFP. So, friends....sure. Support, sure! Can anyone please tell me how I should set my macros for bariatric eating? I'm Lynn by the way. I'm 55 years old. My first post! Lol!!!
