I'm in too- restarted MFP a week ago at 174, (had managed to get down to 159 last Christmas and totally blew it. Want to get this done once and for all! Current weight 170.4lbs.

Challenge start weight: 168.2 Current weight: 161 Week 5 loss: 0.2 Challenge goal weight: 150 Getting a little frustrated at how slow my weight loss has become, despite being pretty strict with logging. Really tough work schedule this last few weeks. Need to see the numbers move a little quicker to stay motivated.

SW 168.2 CW 163 Lost a lot in wk 1, seemed to have slowed down now. Still going on right direction though! Finding it easier to feel satisfied with less food. Can't believe how big and heavy my portions used to be.

Today I am going to be working till midnight. Feeling stressed as I was away all weekend and haven't had a chance to bring any prepared food with me. More than 11 hours to go, and the cafeteria here is not very inspiring :(

Today I am back from a wonderful weekend of camping at a family reunion. Really pleased that I was able to be flexible with my food and managed not to go over limit even though there was SO much food and alcohol!

Hi. It has been a crazy year- new job, new country, lots of stress! Hadn't even noticed that I'd put on 10lbs until I realized how tired I was. I've been super anaemic so have spent the last few weeks fixing that, but am now ready to really work hard on losing weight. I need to focus and I think this challenge will help me!
