Level 3 day 10 done!!! Had one rest day for each 10 days, mainly to accommodate period/ work schedule. Level 3 day 8. Only two more days to go. I feel different, stronger and more toned, but not sure if I look different. Scale hasn't moved as much as I would've liked but clothes feel a lot better.

In Vancouver, wet and wild out there but not as bad as yesterday so far.

My lower back was really sore when I first started- for me I think it was the impact of all the jumping jacks, something my body was definitely not used to! Took a rest day and it has been better as I get used to working out.

Level 2 day 8 done. Went for a run today too for the first time in months (I hate running) and definitely found that my general fitness level is way better after doing shred for last 3 weeks :)

Just did level 2 day 2. It was brutal- my arms and shoulders are so weak!

I just did day 1 of level 2 today. I'm really enjoying the challenge, and definitely feeling stronger. My knees have been fine so far, although my lower back had been a little achey from all the jumping. I switched the cardio to lower impact exercises for a couple of days and that made a big difference to the back pain.
