I usually add a poached or fried egg with butter and left over vegetables and meat. I love to eat savory oatmeal with leftover steak. Sometimes I will sauteed kale or sliced brussel sprouts mix.

You should stop when you feel comfortable. There is nothing wrong with deciding not to go to the lowest weight you have been lately.

This when I did this I was easily able to maintain an 80 pound weight loss. Now I am up twenty aiming to get back to this mindset.

I am 5'0 my current goal weight is 125. I have been as high as 210 before and my current weight is about 142. I am dealing with 10 pounds of a regain.
