When it comes to the strength aspect, have you ever tried an actual program? Talking like starting strength or something similar. It sounds like you've been cutting pretty severely which would impact strength gains. I mean in half a foot shorter than you and I'm comfortable at 190.

Yep, I'd say just check websites prior to going. The hardest part in my opinion with going out is the fat content and sodium content. Calories, protein, and carbs are never the issue.

Probably some low carb diet I figure. My 5 foot, 110 pound girlfriend has around 200 carbs a day just to maintain her wait and get her macros. You need carbs.

I'll say what I think. You're not 4 years old. Be an adult, and eat your veggies and all the other stuff that you might not like, but that works for your body. A Dr Pepper tastes better than water, but I don't drink any sort of soda. Just a matter of actually wanting it bad enough. On the lighter side of things, I thought…

I just carry the same bottle with me everyday. Hydroflask, so I don't have to worry about buying bottled water. I just make sure to drink so many bottles of that same bottle a day, so I know that I at least had so much water. I've found that this work best for me at this point. If I drink it 4 times, that's 72 ounces.

I'll just say that you don't need creatine if you're just trying to lose weight at this point. Whey protein is good if you can't get enough protein through "real" food. But don't bother with creatine.
