First thing is to get a food scale if you have not done so already. Track every single thing that you eat and stay in your calorie goal and the weight will come off. It's that simple. I was on the last notch on my belt when I started....today I had to break out the leather punch to make a new notch. Down about 6" on the waist.

My wife used to sell the "It works" products. The only thing that I liked was the "Greens" powder. I would not purchase the wraps. They may give you the short term benefit of losing some water weight but they are not a long run solution.
