  • Hi there, I cycle to work which is only about 3 miles but take the scenic route home which takes it to about 13, which is pitiful compared to what you are doing! Your lifecycle sounds fantastic, I'm sure you will enjoy it and all for such a worthy cause.
  • Good luck with your challenge. I think I tried everything to lose weight, fat burners, carb blockers etc, it just let me think I could eat more crap. I know the only way is to curb my eating habits and stop comfort eating.
