I put my skinny jeans away last year and when I put them on this week they were a little baggy! Also, I looked back and noticed I have lost about 25 pounds since 2013...its a slow progress but its real and it's all mine! Glory to God!

I get you @Smooth06 with food thing...today I was thirsty for a thick juicy burger but I know it wouldn't fit into my intake for today, so I went back to my office and ate the lunch I actually prepared. But back in the day...honey I would've eaten my burger meal and my packed lunch too!

Thank you for sharing. Realizing that my body is the temple was one of my main reasons for wanting to be healthy. Being a servant of God means giving my best in every aspect of my life. I'm struggling with proper food portions. I could use some Godly advice:-)

Your story is so motivational. Thank you so much for sharing. I have similar running goals. I might even look into the TDEE. Right now I'm on pace for my weight loss, but perhaps that TDEE might be better for me. You are living proof we are as strong as we want to be! Congrats!
