I carry about 4 arm lengths of toilet paper in my purse, so that when I have to use a public restroom; I don't have to use their cheap nonabsorbent bathroom tissue.

I know how you feel about wasting food, I had to eat 2 loaves of rye bread, by themselves; last month because I forgot to also buy, everything that I needed to make sandwiches & it wasn't possible for me to get everything, before the bread would've expired.

Are you also calculating, your water intake; from pasta, soup etc.? I've been recently drinking Cascade Ice Sparkling Coconut Water, it offers the carbonation of soda; without the Calories. Also how about making water ice and/or slushies?
