There's really no 1 size, drink, artificial sweetener, etc., that fits all. It's sort of like with medication, it works for some, it doesn't work for all or it creates more health issues via side effects for an individual. I notice that for me, if I consume Aspartame and/or Stevia everyday; I feel like I normally do but…

It's not really that I have the room for it, it's that the exercise equipment is my #1 priority. Which means my living/dining room furniture, has to go. Besides most of the equipment can be used in much the same way as typical furniture. I sit on my stability ball and/or any of my other exercise equipment, that has a seat;…

Both & while running errands. If I am well enough, I try to walk; rather than take the bus. I'm building a home gym because I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & so I try to conserve any/all energy that I might have for just exercising; rather than spend possibly my entire ability to workout getting dressed & going to the bus…

Was when I started my diet & exercise regimen.

Those are very dangerous, many women have died from blood clots. Period blood is waste, that should always be expelled from the body, with the exception of those that bleed excessively. Taking those is like taking Kaopectate, just because you don't feel like dealing with the chore; of defecating. When instead it should…

If possible don't keep those items in the house, so that they aren't easily accessible. However I still have to satisfy my sugar craving, therefore I opt for jelly beans. Most are only 4 Calories each & since they're chewy, consuming just 6 of them, takes approximately the same amount of time; that it takes me to devour 2…

Lol you're the Comedian here!

I typically agree but I am currently taking the Nature's Bounty shake because it's a 3 in 1 protein, vitamin & probiotic shake. I only buy it when it's on sale for half the price, then I'd also have an additional $2 or $4 coupon. It's so much more economical, than buying it separately. I recently saw people on here raving…

Lol you're so bad & YES!

Well actually I prefer that the kilts, be bath towels wrapped around their waist instead.
-
I agree, get your kilt & camera!

I love my large rose printed chiffon summer dresses (1 pink & 1 blue) paired with matching color wedge flip flops. Unfortunately those dresses are 14 years old & most likely won't last another year & I haven't found anything satisfying enough to replace them. :'(

Sex usually doesn't occur long enough within a day, to burn a significant amount of Calories, unless one is a sex addict, a porn star and/or a prostitute. Even then it'd be considered apart of their lifestyle since it's occurring on a regular bases and thus then can't be included as exercise.

My guess is that while one sleeps, they release water; almost like a form of evaporation but since you aren't consuming additional water, while sleeping to replenish it; you have a deficit of water upon waking.
-
I just stretch like I do when I wake up, any warming up beyond that would be the workout in of itself; for me.

I believe that you partially misunderstood my comment, it wasn't about just carrying around a toddler but also how, the weight of the toddler is distributed & along with other weight. Carrying a toddler around, with most of their weight & by themselves, on ones hip, is a lot different than carrying around that toddler; in…

Basically I believe that a household chore can be counted as exercise, if it doesn't occur more than once every 2 weeks or once a week, if it's unusually strenuous & takes at least twice the amount of time, than usual. Like how I mentioned earlier, if 1 has a toddler that expects you to carry them around in the clean…

Want to trade locations with me, since yours has the most days a year, in the Continental United States; over 100 degrees & no daylight savings time?

Can I watch?

New Jersey. I am trying to become thin before possibly becoming pregnant (hopefully when I'm approximately 36 years old) and since I figure that I'll be gaining a significant amount of weight during a potential pregnancy, I'd prefer to be as healthy as possible; so that I can focus on caring for any children that I might…

Most definitely. For instance even Dove, the skincare company that is supposedly for projecting a healthy view of women; was publicly shamed for seeking average women of a certain type for their commercials or something like that.

Is it almost your time of the month? I notice that I start gaining and/or maintaining my weight nearly 2 weeks before & a week during/after. So for basically 3 weeks in a month, my weight isn't accurate. Are you constipated? Have you been consuming a lot sodium? Are you unusually stressed? Are you recovering from an injury…

Me either but not because of her (she's actually blocking my view) but because of where she is & the stairs/dining room furniture.

I've always been unusually clean, even as a child. So much so, that my Mother absolutely refused to wash anything I wore; unless I wore it twice. She'd even put back my underwear/socks, in my dresser folded; after I put them in the dirty laundry basket & I knew it wasn't washed because I didn't hear the washer/dryer run…

I've looked into those but the quality of even the brand names of anything, isn't what it use to be anymore; therefore I don't know if I'd be able to trust it. Especially if I desire to store something long term.

Even the Ziploc freezer bags, don't stop frost. I wonder if I were to use a Ziploc container & then put it in a Ziploc freezer bag, if this would prevent it?
-
My sentiment exactly but it isn't just with careers/jobs. it's also with chores. We don't lug ice around for ice boxes anymore and/or most of us don't even have to manually defrost a freezer either. Many of us have major/small appliances such as, washers, dryers, dishwashers & blenders/mixers, etc.
-
Most with hand tools instead of power tools & a manual pulley system instead of a crane.
-
Laundry is only worth calculating, if it's done once a week & you have to use stairs, to transport the laundry to/from & have a toddler, that expects you to carry them around, in the laundry basket; for fun every time a clean load gets transported up/down stairs.

Also back then, many jobs that aren't labor intensive currently because of machinery, were then. Plus the technology required to create, operate & maintain, said machinery; involve desk jobs in front of a computer.
