    I'm mark, from the UK (North West), ex army, stopped smoking, gained some unwanted weight, hit the roads in January with a view to dropping 13kg. I've managed 8kg so far, thru watching what I eat and training daily (running or cycling). It's hard work but will be able to get in my biking leathers soon :-) feel free to add me[/quote]

    NYC - I've maintained a 28lb loss for two years, last weekend I passed my personal training certification and this week I got assigned to teach a weekly Aqua fitness class at a fantastic city pool.

    Two of my 2015 goals are to finish the 5-boro bike tour and attend the Zumba Instructor's Convention for the second time.
