Jillian Michaels circuit training videos at home have done wonders for me. They are shorter but more intense calorie burning workouts. Taebo helped me too

I am 5'3" 190lbs and lost 30 a year ago. A divorce and job changes depressed me to the point of gaining the weight back! my goal is to lose 50 but want to start out losing 30 first.

Hey pjack142. I'm trying to lose 50 total but I'm going to focus on 30 to start. My calories are set at 1440 a day to lose 2 pounds a week and I'm trying to workout at least 4 days a week.

I just started too although I'm not new to exercise. I've been doing Jillian Michaels workouts at home and the elliptical machine and nautilus weight machines at the gym at least 4 days a week. I'm trying to do 1440 calories a day
