I got a muffin tin as a gift that has silicone cups that come out of the pan instead of the metal indented tins. I'm having a whole wheat tortilla with half a wedge of non fat laughing cow spread, 1.5 oz of Virginia Ham with lettuce, olives and mustard. With carrot and cucumber slices with 1/4 cup of nonfat plain greek yogurt and a tsp. of ranch seasoning.
