Low carb! But not no carb! A lot of people think no carb is the best route but not for maintaining, once you eat carbs again you gain it right back. I'm all about portion control, eat what you want but not as much as you would of had. Excercise about 4-5 per week but add in some weight lifting and ab excercises to tone…

I used to do croasfit but for the past year I have not been lifting...started up kickboxing 3 weeks ago and I am going to do that for another month

Oh I do! I'm currently eating gelato..Talenti brand is amazing!!! The key is portion control...the container has 4 servings and I make sure I make it last 4-6 times! That means more days for icecream anyways!
