When I went to my 6 wks postpartum visit a couple weeks ago, I asked my doctor about weightloss... She said to consume at least 1800 calories& if no weight loss happens take away 100 and so forth.. 1600 calories a day is the minimum amount u can intake however.. So, don't go below there..
