Agreed... Earbuds always fall out of my ears during cardio at the gym or running outside. My BF has some beats and I've used them, like others have said they do get sweaty though.

I log after I've eaten... Weekdays are mostly the same for breakfast and lunch anyhow... I log after I've eaten because I have a fitbit, and it will show me if I'm "in the zone" as the days goes on.

Mine is hazelnut.... I have considered trying the flavored coffee and just using milk... but its been working so far just logging it and allowing myself that morning bliss... without my Coffee and creamer I'd probably have quit trying by now.

Daily... I like to see the fluctuations and try to understand what certain foods do to my body. I tend to hold a lot of water weight if I eat something high in carbs or sodium but I also know that if I go back to eating those low carb, high protein, high fiber foods then I can drop that weight quickly.

Up until my 3rd trimester I was at 30% protein, 20% fat and 50% carbs.... these last 2 months though I've let the fat % be higher due to knowing the baby is growing fat under his skin... so I allow more for that...
