Not the lab coats, not the needle... for whatever unexplained reason I have this idea that what they say is in that shot isn't really in it... or what if the dose is stronger than what they think... I eat bread daily... depends on what you buy... if you buy something with no nutritional value that's what you'll get. If you buy whole wheat, high fiber, low calorie... that's what you'll get. But I've always liked wheat better than white so maybe that's just an added plus for me.

I know for the first 2 months at the gym I stayed in the women's workout room and never left... then I ventured into the main open area. Depends on your goals... I, like you, (I think) want to lose weight first, then tone up. As I get closer to my goal I pay more attention to the macro's because at that point I'll be trying to build muscle.

Maybe try a protein shake after the workout, something you can just sip on but its still putting good stuff in your body. Or if you like nuts they are great for you after workouts and good brain food.

You say your eating habits are not on point. That's where I'd start. Log everything, get a food scale and weigh it all until you really know what is a true serving size. See what results that brings in a month.

Yes, but only now that I have a fitbit and I have more of an understanding of how many of those exercise calories I should eat back. Love when I see the green bar that says "in the zone" :smiley:
