When I started this I'd say yes, but like others have said now its more of my lifestyle. Even when I don't actually track my food intake I am always looking at the calories in it and the protein content so I feel I'm just eating smarter.

I would think you would feel better drinking the protein shake, instead of eating all that high sodium food. I have a protein shake just about daily if not one for breakfast and one after my workout at about 7:30 at night for dinner. I'd bet this will be good for you... but you won't know until you try.

My fitbit doesn't have a HRM but my calorie burn for the entire day has been as high as 3500 (on a workout day, doing cardio). My normal is 2809.
