I picked red cabbage, Savoy cabbage, wong bok, pak choi, celery and lettuce. It's winter here in New Zealand so plenty of brassica.

Wow - is it food decision fatigue? You can manage that with forward planning. pick 2 breakfasts (toast or oatmeal or fruit or coffee or all of them) 3-4 lunches/dinners. Make enough for 3 portions each time so you have dinner plus 2 packed lunches etc. This approach saves me buying over-priced sandwiches at varsity. I use…

I've found the glycemic index helpful. Pick a numer on the index (50?) and avoid anything higher on the index that that - the inevitable result is that you end up eating more whole grains, beans and veges. Good luck and enjoy the journey

I've been using the Yummly app which parses lots of food blog recipes. My filters are set to vegan and if I type in "kale" or "greens" it bring up lots of recipes that suit my diet. Set the filters to suit you and explore....
