  • This was me about a year and a half ago. Totally anti gluten. I could go on and on about the dangers... all the while popping my Phentermine pills. Lol! Super healthy! Now all foods are in my life in moderate amounts.
  • Started Jan 3 (had to get home from holiday family time). I'm still here! 18.8 pounds down, and I also love to see the streak counter go up everyday!
  • I bought a Vegetti and tried zucchini noodles (zoodles) for the first time today. Took away almost 200 calories and added a serving of veggies to my veggie noodles. It satisfied the pasta craving nicely.

  • I don't know if this would be something your staging away from, but I just got done eating it so ... :) I like to take a serving of yellow corn tortillas and cut them into triangles. Stick under the broiler until crispy (2 or 3 min)
