I actually work at a mcdonalds and go to school aswell. I've lost 65 lbs while working there. I mainly drink water now, i still eat the things i love but i'm more considerate of high calorie things and go for smaller portions. I also eat every 3 hours to try to boost my metabolism. Hey there i'm a chubby 23 year old college kid and between work and school i thought it would be hard to lose weight i've changed my eating habits and exercise and lost 10 lbs already in about 2 weeks. I'm currently around 267 trying to get to 200
