I try to commute by bike -- about 9 miles/prox 40 minutes each way. Then, during the day, I'll also try either elliptical/weight training or a spin class. So, many days I'll get three bits of exercise, or as much as 2-1/2 hours. I don't specifically take a rest day, but there's usually one that "happens" every 7 - 10 days.…
