Are you weight training at all? If you aren't I would HIGHLY recommend adding it. As an Ironman triathlete I still lift HEAVY 5 days per week on top of all my swimming biking and running. I'm personally a gym guy. I feel like I can't cheat myself while I am at the gym. That I have to push myself as hard as possible. Plus there is no way I could do all the different exercises that I would want to at a home gym
