My usual weigh day is Sat, but yesterday I was so pleased with myself, I stepped on early....188...UP 1.4 lbs.. OMG! So, I got over it, did my walk, exercise and stationary bike, food intake on target. Stepped on scales today...186.4....down .2 from last week. Oh the fun I have :-)

Some more info...I just got a Garmin Vivofit. It does link with MFP on the computer but NOT on my android tablet. It says waterproof, but I haven't swum with it. There are a lot of choices out there. Only had mine for a day and half, but really like it.....it reminds me I'm in it for the long haul this time (again) ;)
