I try not to but tend to eat them back often. I don't see too much of a point for being so strict, just for me personally. Daiya cheese is really good, they sell it at whole foods. Ice cream is a lot harder to find a good alternative to but so delicious has some ice cream sandwiches which are good or I used to really like a brand called rice divine they had some really good fudge swirl ice cream cups but I don't see them at the store anymore.

Look at what you are eating, maybe you are under calorie goal but consuming a lot of sugar or perhaps not enough protein? I like to sip on something like coffee, tea or a smoothie. If I want to snack and am actually hungry if I want something crunchy you go to is cucumber slices with chili powder and/or hummus. If I was something sweet I'll have some strawberries with a dollop of whip cream.

I don't do shakes often but when I do, I do a peanut butter banana smoothie. (a banana, peanut butter, almond milk, ice and you can add whey protein if you like though I don't) its super yummy :)
