Just for today 1/8: 1) Drink 8 glasses of water 2) Record EVERYTHING!! 3) Stay within my caloric intake goal 4) Be kind to myself (calling yourself fat DOES NOT help!)

So glad I found this thread. I need to take this day by day, or I will never get back to a healthy weight. So for today (tonight), I will: 1) Stop berating myself for going over my calorie goal 2) Remind myself tomorrow is another day Thank you, Joan
