I love my Fitbit flex! It's an awesome motivator & I like that it adds or takes away calories based on activity, will be upgrading to the charge HR soon as some one else said the lights aren't all that fabulous & I'm forever checking my phone . Defiantly recommend them!

Well done guys! I'd definitely recommend t25 to anyone, only small issue I have is, I was just looking for Tanya all the time in T25! It wasn't letting me post more than a sentence this morning

I got my self a Fitbit flex & it's linked up to MFP, only had it about a week & love it, it's letting me see the steps I take active minutes, sleep tracking, water tracker... I'm not sure it's 100% accurate on showing calories burned but it's a fantastic little tool so far!

I've had a little dabble with insanity max 30 over the holidays so I'd love to join in and start it properly! I've also done t25 & love it, I didn't lose any weight but lost a few inches & gained some strength. I'll be doing it fully modified as I find if I try to keep up with the un modified version I end up injured!
